Knowledge management and internal communications leader with 15+ years across biopharma, healthcare, public policy, and media.
I turn enterprise content into trusted infrastructure.
I help complex organizations make knowledge easier to find, understand, trust, and use. My work sits at the intersection of knowledge management, internal communications, employee experience, technology, and organizational alignment.
Today, I lead content strategy and editorial operations for Gilead Sciences' global HR portal, serving nearly 30,000 employees and contractors. I shape the governance, information architecture, content experiences, and adoption strategies that connect employees with the knowledge they need - from policies and benefits to career resources and workplace support.
The results are measurable. I turned more than 30,000 employee search queries into a content intelligence practice, helped bring 1,400+ policies under a governance framework projected to save about $270K a year, and led the adoption of AI tools- including Synthesia - that are changing how employees find and use information. I also rebuilt the newsletter for Gilead's Black employee resource group into an agency-quality communications platform.
My focus extends beyond publishing content. I build the systems that make content work: clear ownership, consistent standards, structured knowledge, intuitive journeys, measurable performance, and sustainable governance. These foundations improve the employee experience while preparing enterprise knowledge for AI-powered search, personalization, automation, and emerging digital experiences.
My career began in journalism, where I learned to ask sharper questions, navigate complexity, earn trust, and make consequential information understandable. I carried those skills into digital news leadership, healthcare advocacy, global communications, and enterprise content strategy. I hold a Graduate Certificate in Crisis Communications and a Master of Arts in Strategic Communication and Digital Strategy, both from the University of Oklahoma.
At the North Carolina Healthcare Association, I created communications strategies that helped secure Medicaid expansion and shift the narrative around healthcare workers during the pandemic. At GSK, I introduced audience-centered content strategies and campaigns that increased conference early registration by 20% and earned two company awards. In digital news leadership, I built a digital content team from nothing, grew website traffic by 20% and YouTube audiences by more than 500%, and led a redesign that increased page views by 84% and users by 88%.
Across these roles, the constant element is creating clarity where information, stakeholders, and systems became fragmented.
I bring an editorial mindset to enterprise challenges, connecting business priorities, audience needs, technology, and governance to create content ecosystems people can rely on.
My goal is not simply to help organizations communicate more. It’s to help them transform what they know into an advantage they can trust.
I build what matters and help others grow within it.
